How do I make a return?
We offer free returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US. We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know.
We understand that as a result of COVID-19, returning a product might not be as easy as it usually is, so we’re extending our return window to 90 days. If you have any issues with your return, please reach out to email@example.com for assistance.
To initiate a return, please contact us to request a return label. You should receive your return shipping label within 24 hours.
When will I receive my order?
Due to the precautions our distribution center is taking as a result of COVID-19, there are order processing delays of 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification when your order ships!

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase or by clicking the Track Order tab. You can also contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to check the status of your order.
After an order has been placed, it’s immediately sent to one of our four fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 1-2 business weeks. Below are the expected delivery times.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Usually 1-2 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Quantcasa successfully ships A LOT of items worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!
Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try our best to ship anywhere in the world.
WHY WAS I CHARGED $X.XX AND $XX.XX APPEARS IN PAYPAL OR ON MY INVOICE?
This is due to the website charging in USD. PLEASE NOTE: While the prices may display in your local currency you will be charged in USD.
I’VE PLACED AN ORDER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS RECENTLY, CAN I COMBINE THEM INTO ONE PACKAGE?
Since we have 5 different warehouses, we don’t have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you’ll probably receive one item before the next. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.
I’VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKED A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
